About Us

My name is Joel , I have been working as a personal trainer for over 9 years helping individuals change their lives through fitness. Before I entered the fitness industry I led an active lifestyle that included a regular fitness routine and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, and athletic events. My active lifestyle came to a pause due to an injury, tearing my meniscus and MCL after my first triathlon sprint. Fast forward 23 months, 2 surgeries and 25 pounds and my life had completely changed. I was no longer able to engage in the activities I once enjoyed. I knew I had to make a change in my personal life and my career. I studied corrective exercise, pain-free performance, and performance enhancement to learn how to prevent injuries and make the body stronger. I wanted to help others train correctly to avoid unnecessary injuries and setbacks. No one should have to stop doing the things they love.
